10 Things That Can Wreck Your Life

1. Not living in the moment. Always wishing you were somewhere else, doing something different with other people.

2. Blaming your problems on your past. Although the past affects us, it need not define us. We can choose, decide and act – and take control of our lives. Don’t let your past heartache and pain affect who you become.

3. Running away from problems. It’s pointless to bury your head in the sand and pretend that things are fine when you’re dealing with a problem. Face reality, take action and work to turn things round.

4. Being ungrateful. Being thankful sets you free in your heart and mind. It inspires all that’s good and, also, oils relationships. But an ungrateful person will wear others down. It destroys your spirit, and it saps your energy.

5. Being angry and bitter. Refusing to forgive and bearing grudges against others will slowly poison our personality. It’s much better to release them and to focus, instead, on living a happy and fulfilling life.

6. Letting your expectations rule your life. Life rarely goes smoothly and according to plan – and people disappoint us and let us down. Accepting this is normal takes some tension out of life.

7. Disrespecting yourself and others. Every single person deserves respect, and every single person is fighting their own battle. So focus on being kind, understanding and forgiving.

8. Neglecting important relationship. A relationship that’s built on unconditional love – where a person accepts us for who and what we are – is truly a gift and is worth fighting for. Don’t take it for granted – recognize that it’s a gift.

9. Loving people who are bad for us. Not every person will build into your life. Be aware of those who who’ll use you, or who want to bring you down, or who want to hurt you, or destroy your confidence.

10. Never taking risks. If you always play it safe, you’ll find you end up going nowhere. You must be ready and willing to take risks. If you don’t, you may regret it as you’ll miss so much in life.

Are You Nothing???

The person who risks nothing,

does nothing and becomes nothing

may avoid suffering and sorrow,

but he simply cannot learn, feel, change,

 grow or love.

10 Signs It's Time To Let Go

1. Someone expects you to be someone you’re not – Don’t change who you are for anyone else.  It’s wiser to lose someone over being who you are, than to keep them by being someone you’re not.

2. A person’s actions don’t match their words – Don’t listen to what people say; watch what they do.  Your true friends will slowly reveal themselves over time.

3. You catch yourself forcing someone to love you – We shouldn’t beg someone to stay when they want to leave.  That’s what love is all about – freedom.  And the end of  love is not the end of life.  Sometimes it takes awhile to find the right person, but the right person is always worth the wait.

4. An intimate relationship is based strictly on physical attraction – Being beautiful outwardly shouldn’t be what defines you. True love sees into the depth of your heart, and values the person you are inside. It loves all the things that make you unique. People who are only attracted to you because of your pretty face or nice body won’t stay by your side forever.  But the people who can see how beautiful your heart is will never leave you.

5. Someone continuously breaks your trust – Love means giving someone the chance to hurt you, but trusting them not to.  When you completely trust a person you’ll automatically get one of two results - a friend for life or a lesson for life.  Either way there’s a positive outcome.  Either you confirm the fact that this person cares about you, or you get the opportunity to weed them out of your life and make room for those who do.

6. Someone continuously overlooks your worth – When you give yourself to someone who doesn’t respect you, you surrender pieces of your soul that you’ll never get back.  Sometimes it’s better to let go of someone and accept the fact that they don’t care for you the way you care for them. Let them leave your life quietly.

7. You are never given a chance to share your views – Sometimes an argument saves a relationship, whereas silence breaks it. Life is about being honest and sharing your happiness with others.

8. You are frequently forced to sacrifice yourself – If you allow people to make more withdrawals than deposits in your life, you will be out of balance.  Know when to close the account.

9. You truly dislike your current situation, routine, job, etc. – The best thing you can do in life is follow your heart.  Take risks.  Don’t just make the safe and easy choices because you’re afraid of what might happen.  If you do, nothing will ever happen.

10. You catch yourself obsessing over, and living in, the past – What matters most is not the first, but the final chapter of your life. That unveils the details of how well you wrote your story.  So let go of the past, set yourself free, and open your mind to the possibility of new relationships and priceless experiences.
