Strengthen Your Mind!

Don’t fear being and doing things alone.

Keep your focus on the future, not the past.

Understand that things take time.

Be patient, and keep trying when things are difficult.

Don’t fear being judged or criticized by others.

Decide to be the author and creator of your life.

Don’t let other people determine what you do.

Let go of all the thing you can’t control.

Learn to both accept, and to manage, your emotions.

Take calculated risks, and do what’s new and different.

Want to be More Attractive???

A person who is off-the-charts attractive will have these qualities:

Are warm and friendly towards others

Are open and real

Know their own strengths and weaknesses - and neither boasts nor puts themselves down

Look for the good in every situation, and is generally positive and optimistic

Absolutely will not gossip or pass on others’ secrets

Never takes pleasure when things go wrong for others

Is secure and has a healthy self–esteem; is not self-centered and narcissistic

Is not highly critical or argumentative

Is not possessive and jealous in relationships

Make time for the people they care about

These are just the basic qualities. There could be many more, but without the basics everything is only skin deep...

6 Strengths Possessed By Most Introverts

1. Often introverts have a greater appreciation for nuances, subtlety and understatement.

2. They listen and process information carefully - so their comments and answers have real substance to them.

3. They think deeply about matters, and genuinely care.

4. Most are, for the most part, self-sufficient, and can cope with being alone. Thus, they actually benefit from solitude.

5. They don’t judge themselves by how others rate them. This means they’re able to focus on the work they have to do.

6. They tend to be selective in the friendships they develop – and so prove to be a loyal and an understanding friend.
